The application form for a permanent rental should be accompanied by a copy of your drivers lisense and written references. If you have no references because you own your own home or have owned your own home then please supply this information. Every application requires a credit check ($12:50) and we are happy to give you a copy of this once we get it from TINZ. Your application, references and ID will be communicated to the property owner who will make the final decision on renting their property based on our recommendation.

Welcome to our Property Management Division.

Our property management division has operated successfully for over a decade.

We pride ourselves on our good judgment, fairness, communication and integrity in dealing with you the property owner or with you the tenant. We are very fluent with the Residential Tenancies Act and its Ammendements, so when it comes to knowing your rights as a property owner or tenant we can make sure they are recognised. Our systems ensure that rents are monitored daily and that maintenance is checked regularly. Our telephone system directs tenants through to an emergency hotline for serious "essential services" maintenance should this occur out of hours.
