Christmas Lights Comp 2010
The competition is about promoting Christmas spirit and recognising those who make the effort to cause our town to be decorated over festive season. Judging will look at lighting, presentation and overall display. There will be a first prize and other feature prizes.
The competition will run from the 8th of December to the 28th of December 2010
No registrations will be accepted after the 21st Dec 2010.
The competition will be judged over 4 nights being the 24th to the 27th December 2010
The public (via voters forms) will be encouraged to make nominations for favourite property or feature, the judges will have ultimate discretion over the finalists and winners.
Categories include; Best Overall =B O, Best Garden =B G , Best Window =B W , Best Verandah =B V Best Tree =B T , Best Wall =B WL , Best Figurine =BF
The winners will be notified by phone on the 28th of December 2010, and this will be broadcasted over Kool FM 97.9 at 9am on the 29th Dec 2010 and a photo of the overall winning property may appear in the following coastal news.
